WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

• Information Provided Voluntarily: When you engage with our Services, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, professional credentials, organizational role, and other professional background information. This information may be submitted when creating a user account, updating a profile, communicating with us, or interacting with our support and client teams.

• Information Collected Automatically: When navigating the Services, certain device and usage information may be collected automatically. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, browser settings, operating system, access dates, access times, access durations, referring/exit website addresses, device identifiers, features used, and actions taken and, where permitted, approximate location data. Fulcrum may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate your use of our services, analyze activity, and ensure system security and integrity.

• Platform-Specific Information: Within the RAPIDx environment, Fulcrum processes user profile data (including contact details, role, qualifications, and other identifiers), organizational (or tenant) data, roles and permissions information, listing and matter data (such as matter identifiers, descriptions, parties, scope, jurisdictions, and budget details), invoice and payment data (including invoice numbers, totals, transactional histories, and status), timekeeper allocations, financial and budget allocations, and any document attachments uploaded in the course of matter, listing, or compliance management. RAPIDx does not process or retain sensitive banking identifiers such as complete bank account numbers, payment card data, or check details.

All information collected via these means is processed for specific, legitimate business purposes.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION?

Fulcrum employs the information that we collect about you, that you provide to us, that we legally obtain from a third party, that is publicly available, or any combination of such information for several purposes:

On the RAPIDx platform, timekeeper and matter data are visible to appropriate members of client and provider organizations as dictated by system configuration and contractual agreements.

Such third parties are contractually bound to handle personal information only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law, and under duties of confidentiality and data protection.
