Aidan is a recent addition to Fulcrum Global Technologies’ UK operations, joining as Senior Manager of Service Delivery. Aidan is experienced across the Service Management domain, with a career spanning professional services, government and legal sectors as both a customer and supplier, including over 5 years with magic circle global law firm Linklaters. Aidan is experienced in formulating new solutions that are operable, pragmatic and continually improving existing processes. He has a particular focus on Change and Release Management, Incident and Problem Management, Service Reporting, and Governance frameworks, all underpinned with strong Service Transition, ensuring a great customer service experience from the first day with reduced risk.
Most recently, Aidan additionally managed a ServiceNow instance with 3rd party development as it expanded from Technology to Enterprise benefit.
Aidan completed his BSc (Hons) in Information Technology in Organisations at Southampton University and is an ITIL v3 Expert, and is SIAM and PRINCE 2 certified.
